This Menace is a literal pain in the jorts, which is very lore accurate if I say so myself. But DAMN! As much as I larve making this piece of shit, I just don't know man. Okay lemme label the Abilities and Gear he has:

1. Empowerment (The More someone is pissed off at him, the more powerful he becomes. And the more people pissed off at him, the frequently better.)
2. CIPA (Which would be a Massive Flaw, if it wasn't for the next Power)
3. Regeneration (Yes. Whatever wounds he sustained stitches back up. Making it look like there was no attack at all)
4. Madness + Rage Inducement (This asshole knows how to drive people mad, insane, angry, hateful. He's a definitive master of such to the point that he doesn't even need to SPEAK to pass people off. His presence alone causes vehement anger to those who have been affected by him already, which eventually led to an incident that caused the deaths of millions of people and a city to be wrecked beyond repair).
5. Supernatural Stamina, Agility, Durability and Endurance (Can remain active with no sleep for up to 2 days).

Gear:

1. Sword (Yes. He can use a sword for battle, and actually use it very well.)
2. Illusion Ring (Causes Illusions to his victims and makes them see a particular incident and relive it momentarily to get a reaction out of them)
3. Pocket Ring (He has a 2nd ring that sends a particular victim of his into a portal that drops them into a Pocket Dimension, which size can vary, ranging from a 100 square foot room, up to an island that could be as big as the Dominican Republic. Best/worst part is, He can put just about anything IN that Dimension. Just has to be written down on paper, and visually made for it to work, and cant be undone soon after written and visualized. 1 time use per week)

Okay. So that's his abilities and arsenal. But his physical stats is where the trouble is. I JUST DON'T KNOW. Make em too powerful, it'll kinda ruin things. Make em too weak, then he wouldn't be much of a threat. Okay he has the rings, but one of them can be used one time per week. And as useful as illusion ring is, he perfers 19 times out of 20 use his visual presence and art of ragebaiting to get em riled up. That's the real thrill to em. Soo Any tips or much? Pls elp. 🙏
