AIO Bag Question

I have an AIO bag of Hillbilly that I did a break and shake on it a couple weeks ago and the top 80% has fully colonized and firm but the bottom has about an inch of grain that isn’t fully colonized (there’s some chunks of colonized grain from when I did the B&S). The top is a mixture of grain and substrate and the bottom that isn’t fully colonized is just grain. If in another week it hasn’t moved further could I try to put it in FC or will that lead to contaminating the uncolonized grain?
