“Questionable” CT finding

Hi all, I’m 38 and I have a BRCA2 mutation. I’ve been having gastrointestinal issues and right-side back pain around my shoulder blade since December. An ultrasound this week showed a 5 cm cyst on my pancreas. To make matters worse, a subsequent CT scan showed the following:

* Questionable 3.9 cm complex loculated collection of the right adnexa versus fluid-filled bowel.

*Right adnexal cysts. Prominent right adnexal vasculature

I’m going to follow up on Monday with the gynecologic surgeon at MSK who is scheduled to perform the preventative bilateral salpingectomy I was planning to have in March.

My question for this group is whether you have any insight into the CT findings, or whether any of you had similar findings that led to a diagnosis.
