📣 Important Reminder: Trade Confirmation Rules & Clarification on Bulk Trades 📣

This is a quick reminder regarding the trade confirmation process. To ensure you receive your flair updates and to keep the community safe, please remember that all completed trades must be confirmed in the official monthly thread.

⚠️ Important Clarification: Bulk Trades vs. Multiple Trades

We have noticed some confusion regarding how to log trades involving multiple items. I want to make a clear distinction to ensure our flair system remains meaningful:

• Single Transaction: If you buy multiple items from a user in one go (e.g., someone is selling 10 vouchers worth ₹100 and you buy all of them), this counts as 1 Trade.
• Multiple Transactions: You should only update multiple trades with the same user if the trades happened at different points in time or were distinct, separate vouchers.

Please do not separate a bulk purchase into multiple trade comments.

Listing a single transaction of 10 vouchers as "10 trades" defeats the purpose of the reputation flairs. We want the flair number to accurately represent experience and reliability, not just volume from a single deal. Moving forward, please keep this in mind so that our flair counts carry real weight. A bad actor can easily manipulate the system if this was allowed and we will be implementing stricter checks for the same.
