One of the things that would be helpful for our ePICL research as well as for identifying which conservative treatments are helpful per CCI phenotype (i.e. mechanical, autonomic, etc...) would be an online survey that CCI patients would take that would maybe be 20-40 opening questions and then the patient could choose from indexed treatments and rate each as to their efficacy. This would also help us get further info to help identify ePICL responders. For example, is it true that patients who get great responses to AO chiro are better ePICL candidates? Hence, please list what have you tried as far as conservative care, what has worked, what hasn't worked,. so I can begin to build an index and online questionnaire for the CCI community. The goal would be that this would feed a dashboard that would be available to all to see how many confirmed CCI patients respond to which sorts of conservative therapies.
