Beast claws

Hello, I have finally returned to the lands between after two long years. I have a newfound excitement for it as I seem to have completely forgotten everything due to not touching the game for two years accompanied with the dlc which I never ended up playing so it’ll essentially be like I’m playing it from the beginning all over again.

I have been researching what build I wanted to run on this play through and decided I liked the look of the beast class, just wanted to ask if these were something possible to get ahold of early game or are they only accessible once I reach the dlc area And if not are there any alternatives I could use until I’m able to get ahold of them?
