4th Corte Costituzionale Referral About DL36/L74

Avv. Mellone shared on his FB page that, in addition to the Campobasso referral I posted about the other day, Campobasso also referred one of his cases to the CC.

He shared the entire referral, so I'm going to do a write-up in a bit once I've had a chance to look it over and lock comments on this post in the meantime. From a quick skim:

• Filed on May 28, 2025, so after L74 was passed on May 23.
• It's a 4th-gen 1948 case with two [adult] plaintiffs (GGGF-GGM-GM-F-Plaintiffs) from Argentina.
• The referring judge, Judge Casillo, is different from the judge who sent over the other Campobasso referral (Judge Carissimi).
