Situationship ex

I am 30/F recently turned 30. Other than that this last year I been homeless and I met my situationship ex at a shelter I stayed in last spring. I am bi and I assumed she was as well as she was a masc tomboy and I thought she was hot. Last night I had the courage to block her after her giving me the silient treatment for almost a year now for no reason, as I tried to challenge her to a fight, after she threatened me. She also emotionally abused me like mixed signals, etc. I had to block her because I am currently in a fight/flight mode with someone similar to her. Also the fact that she won't talk to me, apologize, etc.

After I blocked her I noticed it's like a relief, I was a bit sad things didn't work out, my intrustive thoughts are minor than they were before. I mean I wish things worked out but I guess she has a bf that she still wants over me. It's like we went our separate ways. 😢
