Been on the injection for nearly a month, down about 20 pounds, but at a cost

I started the Wegovy injection on January 21st, since then it’s tanked my mental health, I’m tired all the time, some days I can’t keep food down. Yesterday I thought I was going to have to go to the ER because of constant vomiting and diarrhea. I’ve tried Zofran for nausea, sometimes it helps sometimes it doesn’t. I’d just like to hear if anyone else has been struggling since starting and if you have any tips, because while I love that I’m losing weight, I don’t know if I can handle being sick all the time
