1816 An End to War Release!!!!

Well, uh, hi! So I have 1816 An End To War Ready. This is the beta version, so expect some bugs(not too many). Also, do not mind the Achievements(CTS). They are unavailable at the moment; they will be available in a later update.

Side Note: The writing was done back in September-November, so sorry if it's off.

Also, it might be on the mod loader in a few days. Oh, and Howard is not a playable VP; he will be in the next update.
