Fedora KDE 43 Installation Issues

PC specs: i5 9600k, GTX 1070, 16gb ram.

I finally broke away from Windows this week but things weren't as smooth as I expected. I did my research, tested various distros, and quickly realized that Fedora (specifically KDE Plasma) was the project for me. Like the title says, when I boot into the live iso of Fedora KDE 43 and try to click on "Install to Hard Drive", the installer crashes immediately. I don't even get the chance to pick a language or time zone. I then tried using sudo anaconda to use the installer in text mode to see what was going wrong and the error I got was

After getting the above error, I ended up using an iso of KDE 42 and updated to 43 from there so I eventually got where I needed to be but I'm wondering if anybody else has had this issue with the KDE 43 installer. I found one post (linked below) with this exact error on the forums from a couple weeks ago but his solution didn't help me and idek what he was talking about with efivars.

I can successfully install versions 43 of Workstation, Silverblue, and Kinoite but for some reason, KDE Plasma 43 does not like me or my machine. Any troubleshooting or explanations would be appreciated.
