Seed Catalogs for Texas

I want to buy vegetable seeds. All the catalogs I have are from northern states: Iowa, Missouri, Vermont. These vegetables won’t take Texas heat. I’m in hill country between SA & Austin.

Are there any catalogs containing seeds for vegetables and tomatoes (like headmaster) that can take our weather? I’m not interested in northern weather seeds. Thanks.
