So I just heard this song for the first time in ages

I heard this song for the first time on 15 years or so. Unfortunately, I could not shazam it.

It is very similar til Ecuador by Sash, and has some spanish (or at least I think so) vocals, and a guy shouting every 16 beat. It has a catchy melody that goes on for the most of the song.

I know its a classic and I have heard a thousand times before.
