PL Positiok

I applied for a PL position at my local store 2 weeks . The position has been open since this past November. I don’t currently work for Walmart but have work a Aldi for over 10 years part time. I’m in school obtaining my HR Management degree. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get an interview?
