[Question] Pier Quest Gone?

I just started the game up today, managed to pull Hank and Maximus from lunchboxes and saw there was a quest for Lucy called Pier into the Future

I tried sending Hank there by himself since I was dumb and thought he could solo it since he was high level but I ended up having to quit it

Back at the vault the quest no longer shows up. I already tried destroying and rebuilding my Overseer office and it didnt show back up

Will the quest show up again later or should I just restart my vault?
