XT50 with XC15-45 kit lens, or XT30iii with 2 lenses

Im looking to purchase my first camera and wondering what the best value is. The camera will be used for family, friends, and travel photography, with some video mixed in for fun. This is all recreational photography, nothing professional. I am hung up on the following choice which ends up around $2000 Canadian for either.

1. XT30 III + 27mm Ttartisan + Used XF 18-55.

2. XT50 + XC15-45 kit lens.

Im not a fan of the XC15-45 power zoom but it isn't a deal breaker for me. I also don't like the XT30s kit lens focal lengths.

Is there one that is a clear winner here?
