Triggered after everything

First of all, english is not my first language so sorry if i make any mistakes.

I feel triggered about everything that has been going with the epstien files. i tried to not look at it because i knew that i was going to “release” my trauma from the past. Some days ago i was talking with my psychologist and i don’t even know why but suddenly we started talking about it and i just got really nervous and anxious.

I was a victim from pedos when i was younger, my mom “sold” my body to other men.

Now it feels like i can’t cope again with all this trauma and i hate how this files can have such impact for me
