How to approach terrorism from political philosophy?

I started working on my thesis about radicalization towards terrorism by a theoretical/philosophical analysis of politics but Im still kinda lost on how to make the connection. There’s a huge amount of terrorism literature from sociological, psychological and international relations fields. Not so much from Political Philosophy.

What I have planned is to build a theoretical framework with authors like Arendt, Zizek, Schmitt and some others who wrote about violence and their theoretical mechanisms but idk, still pulling out the literature review lol.
