Commission or Enlist as CWT

This is probably the 50th time this exact post has floated through this sub. Sorry in advance.

Relevant info: 96 AFQT, ~2.9 GPA in college, graduating in June 2026.

Recruiter tells me I qualify for CWT and I can start as an E-3 because of my degree. Only complication is getting a ship date after I graduate so I can finish college. I'm expecting to graduate with just about a 3.0, and I have a 2.9 currently. I'm very adamant about going for CWT because of the certifications and experience, plus the clearance. So, I'm not enlisting for any other rate.

However, my landlord is enlisted and told me to commission. I'm not sure if I can with my GPA, and I would miss JCAC. But, she says pay is way better. I'm not sure if I'm going to stay in the Navy for the full 20 years, or just do 4 years active duty then go into the private sector with a bunch of certifications and a TS clearance.

Any advice? Similar situations? Things I might not be considering?
