I’m exhausted by AI because I just wasted 2 hours of my life over and over again

I feel like most leaders expectations of AI is simple: replace my brain and do something how I would do something if I had 16 hours to dedicate towards it.

But I just battled with an AI prompt for TWO hours because it would ignore the specifications I inputted over and over again. One time I came so close to getting it right, I changed a small paragraph to be more specific and suddenly the next output was a complete hallucination.

I’m honestly burnt out from this wave of AI and seriously looking into careers where I don’t need to be the one evaluating and tinkering with AI at all.

PS all I was trying to do was ask AI to create a sales forecast using a deal spreadsheet I attached. It randomly hallucinated all the deals in its reports! Completely different names and values.
