Will this pass the personal item check?

I have this backpack I love to carry with me everywhere I go. I was wondering if I should be okay traveling with it with Frontier Airlines as my personal item. I don't plan to put a lot of stuff in it, just electronics as I have my carry-on added to the flight ticket.

Hope to know before making a mistake and paying extra!
