Going from Supercenter to Club

I'm a 7 year associate at a Supercenter. Recently, a coach I've worked with transferred to a Sam's Club in the market and told me of a position they have that pays more than what I'm making now and potentially would have better hours. Any associate's who've gone from one to the other have any advice for me. I'm going to meet the SM at the Club tomorrow.
