Driving from SLC to Brighton/Solitude/Snowbird

Hey! Taking a trip to SLC 2/20-2/25 and just trying to figure out if there is any travel tidbits I should know about before I get caught off guard. I do know those resorts are in 2 different locations.

We are renting a car, 2015 Nissan Pathfinder with AWD and staying in the Cottonwood/Cottonwood Heights area. Should I be worried about any road restrictions? I am comfortable driving in the snow, that isn’t an issue. I did see stuff about the road having M&S tire requirements or chains. Will I be driving through that area? If so, what is the best way to navigate that?
