Samsung washer WA40J3000AW/A2 won’t spin

Hi friends!

Our Samsung washer WA40J3000AW/A2 won’t spin and when we check the error code, the hot light flashes. We ordered a new door lock, but that didn’t solve it.

It still refuses to spin. The motor sounds like it’s trying three times, then gives up. Any ideas?
