How did you know you needed increase in estrogen? Dr does not agree with me….

I made a previous post about how my fatigue has become debilitating and I wanted to drop my oral progesterone to 100mg. My dr agrees but wants to do an endometrial biopsy because my periods are still really heavy even on HRT. She refused to increase my estrogen however. For those of you that have had your estrogen increased, can you tell me why and did it help with fatigue or menstrual headaches at all? I’m only on .5 estradiol patch. My migraines start the day of my period which is when my estrogen drops. I felt like an increase may help them as well as my fatigue?
