Parking Ticket

I got a parking ticket this morning in Q lot, even though I paid for 3 hour parking. I emailed the parking appeal email that was on the back of the ticket with a screenshot of my parking receipt and photo of the ticket. How quick will they reply, and how likely is this to be resolved?
