Need Help For Bachelors BS in EU

I'm M(22) working in Bahrain as Full stack developer

i have had applied for student visa (italy) in 2024 got rejected (scammed tbh), got a decent job in Bahrain as Developer in a good company.

came here to polish my skills and gain some experience as well but I dont have degree yet I did my Intermediate from Karachi. and now looking for Eu countries for bachelors in this 2026 intake. due to CISIA tolc is now only avilable in italian and Cent S dates are not avilable I cant pursue my Study in Italy dream but for Germany I dont have that much amount for the block account.

any suggestions ? (was looking for hungary or sweden btw but job market there sucks).

I cant study in bahrain as it is very expensive.
