BEENOS unavailable item refund *after* rating?

Hello, I have a bit of a situation and was wondering if I fucked myself over here. I placed a bundle order with beenos, one item was unavailable and the portion of money was supposedly supposed to be refunded, and the other was shipped after all. I received the package and rated, but not before I opened a help request for the refund that never came. I had received an email before all of this that a refund was in progress, yet I never received it. Since I never received the refund (despite it being in progress before I rated?) and I had unfortunately been under the impression that I would still receive it even if I rated, and that the rating was for the single item I received, Am I shit out of luck for receiving a refund after all? Support kind of was just like "Hey you rated this. Let us know if you need help with anything else." ...So I'm kind of assuming this is a pricy learning experience 😩
