2nd Gear Lag

It takes much longer to switch in to 2nd gear. Like 1st to 2nd can take a second or longer. Downshifting to 2nd isn’t as noticeable but is still slower.

I notice it especially if I’m pulling out of somewhere, turning and need to give it some gas. Does anyone else have this issue? Is it normal for the 10 speed?
