Can BFD Cause other things or just twitches and jerks?

I get pins and needles sometimes, And parts of my limb feel weird sometimes, I’m 14 this started in summer but i get pins and needles and other sensations along with this. Sort of concerned of ALS But. Infact yes I am i’ve been having anxiety for a couple months now.
