HELP ME for new fragrances

hey everyone. i’m new to buying fragrance but i’ve been on this sub for more than an year.

budget- 2-3k

age- 22 gender- male

preferred notes- idk much tbh

i need fragrance for

occasion- all rounder purposes, dates, parties, events, classes, and something that would be pleasant for the nose. something that would buy me compliments. not something synthetic.

weather- as summer is on the edge- maybe something fresh and long lasting.

well based on my research and reviews in this sub, i’ve shortlisted myself to these fragrances-

hawas ice- heard good mostly

lattafa khamrah and qahwa- nice reviews. altho winters are gone now.

theoreme- mixed reviews- reluctant after people mentioning it as pan masala

rare reef- heard good. but saw comments claiming it to be vim dish washing liquid

armaf CDNIM pp- heard good reviews but recent batches since 2025 are getting a lot of complaints on performance and longevity. so idk

afnan SNOI- got good reviews but some people mentioned hawas black is better.

afnan 9pm elixir- heard okay about it.

well ik i should be trying decants and choose the good one. maybe i’ll try. but i don’t wanna spend on decants. as of now, i just want something good.

it would be really helpful if you help me out on this and maybe you can suggest me something better too.
