Return to Wegovy

Hi all. I have been taking Wgovy for 2 yrs . I have lost over 30 kg (5st). The weight loss at the beginning was rapid and after few months was steady. After about a year it didn't change much but I wasn't gaining any weight. I have stopped in last October due to some commitments out of country and gained a significant amount(almost half of what I have lost). I have restarted in January from lowest dose and now I am on 0.5mg but cannot feel any difference. I am controlling my calories intake and try to exercise but that hunger and appetite suppression isn't there.

So my question is: does anybody was in the similar situation that thwy retarded after few months and medicine started working again ?
