Rust slow af, please help

yeah so whenever I hop on rust it always gets stuck for 15 minutes for loading prefabs for the just to get stuck again in loading background. once I reset rust it goes faster but it gets stuck again in finalizing and gives me the"task not responding" message. anyone knows what to do to fix it? is there any config or maybe optimisation to use?

btw im currently on rtx 3050 and i5-11400F 5th generation, but games like Cyberpunk and other high ends go smoothly. any help?
