10 year old son -Emoto

"I messed up and bought my son a pedal-less Emoto (Soleil01) before checking our HOA rules. They’ve banned anything without pedals. Now I have an unopened bike and a boy who thinks traditional e-bikes are 'for grannies.'

I’m looking for a compromise: What are the best 'Moto-style' e-bikes that actually have pedals? I need something that looks aggressive enough to satisfy a teen but stays within the 'bicycle' rules of a gated community."
