Iontophoresis - burnt hands - treatment

Has anyone burnt their hands with iontophoresis? I went on full power and now my hands are constantly red, I can see a clear line where water was reaching the hand and about 3/4 of the hand is now red. This was a few years ago so I know this is permanent damage of my veins or small capillaries etc. But has anyone had a similar case and was able to fix it? Thank you :)
