P0420 code

So I just bought an 04 4Runner v6 a couple months ago from a pretty reputable small dealer. It is now throwing a p0420 code and I keep clearing it and it keeps coming back about every 4 days or so. The dealer told me it has brand new headers/cats and by looking at them they look practically brand new. I’m thinking possibly a bad o2 sensor. Anyone have any ideas?
