I think at the very least fractured it. Advice ER or urgent care?

female 54 taking methadone, clonidine, and zofran with gastroparesis, and high BP. I am a smoker and a toker and I toked a bit too much last night and fell asleep and fell straight onto my knee from 3 feet up. It hurts like hell. there is a lot of swelling not much bruising but when I broke my foot it took days to become a really bad bruise from my knee to my ankle. I can't put hardly any weight on it, I can't bend it without severe pain I can't put ice on it without severe pain cause of the weight of the ice pack. would this be an er thing or an urgent care thing?
