Chef Skill Training

I've taken to training my staff members at night while all the guests are asleep and I was planning on training my chefs.

There are a handful of skills specific to the chef, such as **sensational seasoning, perfect plating** and **thermal vision.** The description of each pretty much says *required to make exquisite versions of certain dishes*

I was wondering is there a way to find out which dishes are affected by these skills? I've only just started the New York level and all my staff either have only one or two slots open atm, so I want to make the best of it
