Question for a first time buyer of the Hitman games

I have a ps5 digital. Hitman 3 is currently $70 in the ps store. I was checking online and they have the world of assassination anniversary bundle at target for $40 which seems to come with all the Hitman games and a ton of extras.

What is the best bang for my buck with a ps5 digital?
