Write down your insights etc no matter how small. It helps massively

Its been a while since i am out of reading or doing anything related astrology but i would always recommend writing down your insights and what you learnt that day because its impossible to find insights again which are lost either ideas or even some combinations etc.

It again becomes alot of work refinding them or recollecting your knowledge specially as astrology takes long time to learn and sometimes things you learn in different years could be easily recollected and researched more if you suddenly get an idea which requires that information.
