stop uploading mods unless they have Actions and Stuff support.

as the title says, stop uploading clickbait nobody will use, majority use A&S, anyone who doesn't is wrong, people who upload without that support inmind are just wasting their time and everyone elses, 10/10 for creators who actually do the work, but i hope the ones who upload like trash stop existing. i personally think anyone with a brain would agree but maybe not, lmk, this isnt about my tone this is about the facts so remember that in your reply otherwise ill just ignore it
