How to make r/motorcycles great again?

I received the blurb below. I can answer it in one simple comment:

Don't be a dick. That goes for users and moderators and site owners. If we'd all just treat each other with a little compassion, forgive minor and accidental transgressions, NOT get hot & bothered over some words, and just get along together, all will be well.
