Potentially moving to Atlanta - 32 yr old female

Hi, I’m looking for some recommendations. I am a 32 year old female that will be living alone for the time being and my potential new job office is in the perimeter center area, just south of dunwoody…. I am willing to commute however I need the down low on living. Please provide suggestions on neighborhoods in that area (north, south, east, west) and also close to a community center or a swimming center that has a pool. I am training for a half Ironman and need to train swimming. I need suggestions on what to stay away from, what suggestions you might have for places to live.. I have looked and done some research for myself but I want to confirm my findings!

My budget is about $2,000 a month
