Late father made hibah and named all the other children in the acquisition of a property but excluding one
My late father who during his lifetime was a religious pious man has made a hibah (gifts) by dividing all his wealth to his children which included me, his daughter
I wouldn't want to question about his favouritism or preference since some of my siblings (we are 4 sisters with no brother) received more than the others
However recently I discovered, a contract agreement in one of the property that my late father owned. In that contract it was written all the 3 names of my sisters but my name was not in it. This contract was made 3 years before my father passed away.
I was shocked to discover such thing happened. I am heartbroken to say the least. I didn't have a close relationship with my father while he was alive. Of course he has favored my sisters over me despite during his last couple of months before he passed away I did help my mother in taking care of my late father for a short time. My father has always been a pious man all his life. In fact his job was teaching his students on tawheed
My question is, is this fair? What does the islamic view on this?
