I've been at my current job for way too long. I've been stuck here for over 3 years now, making no progress and making not much money than I did when I first started.

I also recently found out that 2 of my colleagues that I actually like are leaving at around the same time. It's becoming more and more apparent to me that getting a new job soon is essential.
