How to: Hardware Acceleration on The Humble Celeron?

I'm getting constant stops (5-7 seconds) with hardware acceleration disabled, but when I enabled Intel Quicksync (QSV) the problem became stuttering. The video didn't stop, but it went at a noticeable lower framerate, and some videos crashed inmediatly; this only happened in Jellyfin Client apps (Android and webOS), but not when using my main PC browser.

Can I use hardware acceleration with my specs and how? My server's processor is a humble Celeron but it is not in the "Knows issues" part of the documentation.
