Subleasing Apartment in Chicago

Looking for an individual who is looking to sublease my unit from me from May 15th through the end of my lease, August 13, 2026. Apartment will be empty so you will need to furnish it yourself. Taking over monthly rent from June, July, and August - I will may rent for the month of May. Will need to sign a sublease agreement with the apartment management once they approve the subletter.
