Why don’t my Astro A50’s charge?

I have had this headset for 2 years now and it’s been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Can someone please help me and explain why they won’t charge? I have done everything you could possibly do to fix this issue but it still happens. I have updated them constantly, switched outlets for my gaming devices, used a different xbox/pc, and tried to plug it in directly to the headset yet it doesn’t work. Please can someone help me? These headphones cost $200+ and yet they just don’t work. The more I read the more I see everyone recommends against anything astro which sucks cause I used my A10’s for 4+ years.
