MS equity access for underprivileged MSers and Global South

Hey all! it just occurred to me....There must be nonprofit associations that help people with multiple sclerosis in our countries, but also hopefully across the global south.

Do you know of any such society or group?

Needless to say the strongest inequality among MSers is between those who have access to medication, attention, support and information, and those who don't.
