Any serial killer, crime, kidnapping related manga?

I really like true crime documentaries and media related to serial killers. Think the Hannibal TV show, Korean movies like The Chaser, Oldboy, I Saw the Devil. I'd love to pick up a seinen thriller about catching a serial killer.

I think Monster is low-hanging fruit, it's on my buylist but any others I should look into? I'm relatively new to manga so it's safe to assume I haven't read anything you might suggest.
